Woodford Green Essex, Pergola and outdoor kitchen

This garden renovation was for a young family. Their original garden lacked character and dimension. The entrance to the garden wasn’t practical for a family of young children and needed redesigning, whilst creating an entertaining area and areas for children to use.

We designed a 5.3×3 automatic louvered pergola, with a slate feature wall above the outdoor kitchen area linking the split slate steps. Porcelain paving was used on each level and around the new section of lawn.

Slatted fencing was designed on top of the original fence and behind the pleached trees, which were planted to create privacy from surrounding neighbours.
